Each week, campers explore a new country’s iconic flavors, traditions, and cooking techniques, creating mouthwatering dishes inspired by cultures around the world. WHAT TO EXPECT Weekly Culinary Destinations: Each week highlights a different country or region, allowing young chefs to cook authentic dishes and explore the stories behind them. Hands-On Cooking: Campers prepare appetizers, entrées, desserts, and drinks that reflect each destination’s culinary traditions. Journaling: Campers keep a personal Culinary Travel Journal where they record recipes, reflect on new flavors, note cooking skills learned, and illustrate their favorite dishes. Fun Activities: Food‑themed games, cultural crafts, and interactive challenges help bring each country’s traditions to life. Perfect for kids ages 10 and up who love to cook, taste, and explore! 2026 Weekly Culinary Destinations 🇨🇳 Week 1 – China: Wok & Roll Week Dumplings, stir-fries, noodles, and essential Chinese cooking techniques. 🇮🇹 Week 2 – Italy: Mangia Mania Fresh pasta, sauces, pizzas, and classic Italian desserts. 🏰 Week 3 – England: British Bites & Bakery Cozy British comfort dishes, savory pies, and teatime treats. 🏝️ Week 4 – Caribbean: Island Flavor Fest Bright island spices, tropical ingredients, and colorful Caribbean dishes. 🇪🇸 Week 5 – Spain: Tapas & Traditions Tapas-style cooking, Mediterranean flavors, and classic Spanish rice dishes. 🇲🇦 Week 6 – Morocco: Spice Route Adventure Warm spices, tagines, flatbreads, and sweet‑savory combinations kids enjoy. 🇮🇪 Week 7 – Ireland: Emerald Isle Comforts Hearty, kid‑friendly dishes featuring potatoes, breads, and cozy flavors. 🇦🇷 Week 8 – Argentina: Grill, Fill & Flavor Empanadas, grilled favorites, and South American comfort foods. 🇺🇸 Week 9 – United States: Stars & Stripes Finale A celebratory final week featuring American classics and fun summer favorites.

Cancellation Policy

BOOKING & REGISTRATION - Camp registration requires a non‑refundable $100 deposit per week, per child. - Registration is confirmed only once the deposit has been received for each selected week. - The remaining tuition balance must be paid no later than 14 days (two weeks) before the start of the scheduled camp week. Sibling Discount: A 10% discount applies for each additional sibling enrolled. Multiple Week Discount: A 10% discount applies only when multiple weeks are booked at the same time in the same registration. Note: Additional weeks booked later do not qualify for the discount. Discounts cannot be combined and apply to tuition only (not deposits or care fees). CANCELLATION POLICY - Deposits are non‑refundable. - Cancellations made less than four (4) weeks before the start of a camp week will result in forfeiture of the deposit. - If full tuition has been paid, cancellations made less than four (4) weeks before the start date will be refunded minus the non‑refundable deposit. - Cancellations made within 14 days of the camp week are not eligible for any refund, as staffing and materials have already been allocated. - These policies apply regardless of reason, including illness or scheduling conflicts. WAITLIST POLICY - Families may join the waitlist for any full week of camp. - No deposit is required to join the waitlist. - If a spot becomes available, families will be contacted in waitlist order and will have 48 hours to pay the required deposit. - If the deposit is not received within the 48‑hour window, the spot will be offered to the next family on the list. BEFORE & AFTER CARE POLICIES Before & After Care can be added during registration. - Before Care (8:30-9AM): $25/week - After Care (3-4PM): $40/week - Combined Care: $60/week All care fees must be paid 14 days before the camp week begins. Unpaid balances may result in forfeiture of the deposit and camper’s spot. PAYMENT RESPONSIBILITY - Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring all payments are made by the published deadlines. - Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in: * Loss of the camper’s reserved spot * Forfeiture of the deposit * Reassignment of the spot to another family Reminder emails may be sent as a courtesy, but are not guaranteed.
