KESHA SMITH

Founder and Managing Director

Kesha Smith is a seasoned corporate executive with a passion for the culinary arts. With over 30 years of experience at Fortune 500 companies, the global pandemic helped Kesha realize that she must follow her passion and embark on a new adventure by opening a culinary school. Dating back to 2004, Kesha has been creating culinary memories for her family in her own home. From dinner for couples, etiquette classes for children or holiday baking, Kesha has always had the passion for culinary arts and entertaining. She now has the opportunity to merge her passion for cooking and hosting family and friends with her expertise in digital and customer-centric marketing, brand development and event management to create an experience for many in her community. Having navigated boardrooms and led executive teams, Kesha brings a wealth of leadership experience to the culinary realm. But beyond the corporate suits and strategic meetings lies a culinary enthusiast, an epicurean explorer, and someone who believes that the kitchen is the heart of any home.

TIA JACKSON HAMMOND

Expertise: Food Safety & Compliance

Tia Jackson Hammond is the CEO of Jackson and Jackson Corporation, a house of brands that develops, manufactures and sells products and services. They leverage their 30+ years of experience and expertise in the hospitality and food industry. There are three subsidiaries that are part of Jackson & Jackson: TJ's Southern Gourmet Restaurant and Catering, a family owned and operated food service provider, Morgan’s Minnies, a brand extension of desserts and TJ’s Ready to Work, a training and development program supporting small to medium size business.

BENEDICTA OTALOR

Expertise: Cafe Owner and Caterer

Benedicta Otalor-Sisti is the owner of a corporate catering, event planning and management company servicing the tri-state area. She is also the former owner of B London restaurant which was located in Belleville, NJ. She teaches youth about simple meal preparation and food safety and oversees the action in the kitchen when the students open their concession stand. Benedicta also incorporates in a nutritional component, experimenting and discovering healthier snack options the children can offer. She was also featured on the Dr. Oz Show discussing her Cookie Dough Ball energy snacks for those mid-afternoon slumps.

ALBERT SMITH

Expertise: Finance and Accounting

Albert Smith is the founder of SowGrow, a money management firm, where he trades independently, manages funds, and coaches in foreign exchange (forex). Albert believes in fostering long-term relationships built on trust, transparency, and a shared commitment to financial success. His client-centric philosophy emphasizes education, empowering clients to make informed decisions about their investments, retirement planning, and overall financial well-being. Outside of his professional pursuits, Albert is an advocate for financial literacy and often participates in community workshops and seminars. He is also a firm believer in giving back and has been involved in charitable initiatives related to financial education and empowerment.
