Terms & Conditions (Important)

Please review carefully. By registering, you agree to the following:

1. Early Bird Registration
   Early Bird pricing is valid through April 30, 2026. All registrations submitted after 11:59 PM ET on April 30 will follow standard pricing.
    

2. Deposits
   • Deposits are fully refundable until April 30, 2026.
   • Beginning May 1, 2026, all deposits automatically convert to non‑refundable.
   • This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including schedule changes, travel, illness, or personal conflicts.
    

3. Final Payment
   The remaining balance for all registered camp weeks must be paid in full no later than 14 days before the start date of the camper’s first scheduled week.
   If the balance is not received by this deadline, the registration and deposit may be forfeited, and the spot may be released to another family without refund or credit.
    

4. Discount Policy
   • A 10% discount is available for multi‑week registrations or sibling registrations (siblings only).
   • Discounts cannot be combined.
   • Discounts apply to tuition only, not deposits.
    

5. Cancellations & Refunds
   • Cancellations received after April 30, 2026 will not receive a refund of the deposit.
   • Refunds of tuition (minus deposit) may only be issued if cancellation is made at least 14 days before the registered camp session begins.
   • Cancellations within 14 days of the session start date are not eligible for refunds, as staffing, materials, and food costs have already been allocated for your child.
    

6. Transfers
   Transfers to another camp week may be available based on availability.
   All transfers must be requested at least 14 days before the registered session.
