Frequently Asked Questions

How do I register for camp?
Registration is completed online. Your child’s spot is reserved once the $100 non‑refundable deposit (per week, per child) is submitted. Registration is not confirmed until the deposit has been received for each selected week.

Is the deposit refundable?
No. Deposits are non‑refundable for all weeks. They secure your child’s camp spot and are required at the time of registration.

How much is the deposit?
The deposit is $100 per week, per child, regardless of how many weeks you register for.

When is the remaining balance due?
All remaining tuition must be paid in full 14 days (two weeks) before the start of each registered camp week. If payment is not received on time, the camper’s spot may be forfeited, including the deposit.

Do you offer sibling or multi‑week discounts?
Yes!
- Sibling Discount: 10% off tuition for each additional sibling enrolled.
- Multi‑Week Discount: 10% off tuition when booking multiple weeks at the same time.
- Important: Multi‑week discounts apply only when all weeks are booked in a single registration. Weeks added later do not qualify for the discount.
- Discounts cannot be combined and apply to tuition only (not deposits or care fees).

What is your cancellation policy?
- Deposits are non‑refundable.
- Cancellations made less than 4 weeks before the start of camp will forfeit the deposit.
- If full tuition has been paid, cancellations made within this window will receive a refund minus the non‑refundable deposit.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the camp week start date are not eligible for any refund.
- These policies apply regardless of circumstance (including illness, travel, or schedule changes).

What happens if the week I want is full?
You can join the waitlist at no cost. No deposit is required to join.
If a spot opens, families are contacted in waitlist order and have 24 hours to submit the deposit to secure their spot before it is offered to the next family.

Do you offer Before and After Care?
Yes!
Before Care: 8:30–9:00 AM - $25/week
After Care: 3:00–4:00 PM - $40/week
Combined Care: $60/week
These fees follow the same deadlines as tuition:
Refundable until April 30, 2026
Non‑refundable starting May 1, 2026
All care fees must be paid in full 14 days before the start of the selected camp week.

What if I forget to pay the balance?
Balances must be paid by the due date. Failure to pay on time may result in:
- Loss of your child’s reserved spot
- Forfeiture of your deposit
- The spot being offered to another family
- Reminder emails may be sent as a courtesy but are not guaranteed.
