Class 1: Knife Skills 101 and Kitchen Safety
This hands-on technique class will teach you the proper way to use your knives. Selecting the proper knife is essential in staying safe and getting the job done effectively. Learn the basic cuts (slice, dice, julienne & chiffonade).  Also learn safe food handling, avoiding cross-contamination, and proper cleaning techniques.
